independence.
Natixis
Interépargne is the only fund administration and custody services organisation
(TCCP in France)
to manage all of its account transactions internally with an integrated management centre and proprietary information system (iRIS).
iRIS is a centralised IT platform that manages all aspects of company savings
plans. In particular, it offers:
- “open architecture” management, which
makes it possible to work with all account holders and contributors, appraisers
and asset management experts associated with the plan in question,
- a high degree of adaptability, which
makes it possible to develop customised solutions, offer more flexibility to
manage company savings plans, and meet the most complex customer needs,
- the benefits of the highest
technical standards.
This system
enables Natixis Interépargne to ensure account maintenance directly without any intermediary, including:
- all administrative and accounting
procedures associated with account maintenance,
- administrative management of products
involving several financial management agents.
In addition,
all administrative management transactions are evaluated through high-quality reports that use several
statistical and quantitative analysis indicators.

Recognised and accredited service quality
All of
Natixis Interépargne’s account maintenance activities have been ISO certified
by AFAQ/AFNOR according to international standards for over 10 years.
Following
changes in the market, the name of the ISO standard certification was
reformulated. Natixis Interépargne is therefore currently certified ISO 9001 (version
2008) by the French association for quality improvement and management (AFAQ)
for several activities:
- Design and marketing of employee savings
plans and
retirement savings plans
- Account maintenance
- Design and sales of products and associated services
