Natixis Interépargne offers three ways to secure your employees’ savings:

• Target retirement funds: Employee savings account holders choose an Employee Mutual Investment Fund (FCPE) that reaches maturity the year they expect to retire. The allocation of assets within this FCPE changes over time as this date approaches.
• Guaranteed target retirement funds: At least 100% of the savings account holder’s invested capital is guaranteed at the end of the fund’s term.
• Allotment models: Account holders choose a risk tolerance profile (cautious, moderate or dynamic). Employees’ retirement savings are automatically distributed among three pure funds according to the expected retirement date.
