1 - Keep your password secret

  • The password is your secret code. It must never be communicated to a third party, in writing, by email or verbally. Your Natixis Interépargne contact does not need to know it and is not entitled to request it from you.
  • Change it regularly. Select a password with a minimum of 8 characters. Avoid combinations that contain personal references (date of birth, telephone number, etc.)

    • Create a password that is easy to memorize,
    • Avoid those that you already use for other services (email, for example),
    • Do not write down your password or tell it to anyone,
    • Do not store your password on your computer when the browser asks you to. It could then be stolen by a virus.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account is automatically disabled.
    To reactivate it, you must request a new password, which will be sent by post for greater security.


2 - Protect your account with a mobile number

  • By registering your mobile number you are strengthening the security level of your online account which allows you to make any “sensitive” transactions. This measure prevents any attempt at fraud on your account.
